Description
Greene County Judge Farley Toothman found two drilling companies in contempt Friday for failing to abide by a previous court order limiting the use of a Center Township property owner's land to access a well site.Toothman found Rice Drilling B LLC and Alpha Shale Resources LP in contempt of his June 7 court order. He ordered the companies to pay $100,000 to the property owner, Robert Reed of 113 Iron Rock Road.
